If only if I begin recalculating all the medical expenses that I have incurred throughout my life since the day i was born...
Remember kids, brushing your teeth everyday is of utmost importance in your daily routine. Do not keep your teeth and gums clean if:
In my opinion, point no.1 is the one that freaks me out whenever I think about it.
Spent another $120.60 on an Emergency Pulpectomy on my #26 tooth (i think), my 2nd last top left molar. Before the procedure, my dentist showed me the size of the hole in my tooth and I got a shock of life. I'm not surprised at the decay of the tooth but rather at why wasn't that decay detected earlier. Before attaining the highest rank of a civilian and gained my Pink IC last June, all NSFs are required to go for a dental examination prior to ORD. And that dentist at Kranji Camp gave a passing grade to my set of enamel. If there were signs of decay, I could at least be informed of it and take early action before my decay became worse. Unless the objectives of these dental checkups in NS are just "to check for wisdom tooths", and to extract them if neccesary.
Why am I expressing all these? Because my dentist said that the degree of decay of my tooth, would have began more than a year ago in order to have reached to the current stage.
Oh well, on the slightly bright side, at least I still can eat using my the other half!
Went for a lovely dinner at Seafood Harvest last saturday. Had their Dory Fillet with Sirlion Steak, while Linda had her favourite crayfish, with a tenderloin steak! And yep, their cows were delicious :) And yes I still wanna have more great meals! So kids, remember that your toothbrush is one of your best friend too yea.
Working has made me appreciative of time. To enjoy and be contented with the moments we have with loved ones, no matter how short it may be.
