Watched the show, 'SuperSize Me' yesterday with my brother... wooo... its really amazing to know americans sue for almost anything... including suing fast food chains for making them fat and obese. I mean... no one forced them to eat all those fattening stuff. its all up to us to be disciplined enough to know what to eat, when to eat.

Most of the fried stuff is obviously detrimental to one's health if one over consumes it...

Fried stuff + more fried stuff
= lots of oil
= increased triglycerides, cholesterol, LDLs etc...
= fat tummy!

went for a morning jog from my place to pasir ris park, got hotcaks with sausage for breakfast after that... mmm...

jin Cai is back in singapore! poor guy, got posted to Brunei for a year as his NS vocation... meeting up with our usual bunch later... might be going to the comex fair too.
