After 16000 years, I finally hit the gym once again yesterday afternoon. In additional to the usual routine, I found the courage to face the weighing device and decide to determine if I had put on any weight after all my binge eating overseas. And perhaps to prove LiJia that I didn't gain 10kg.
And praise God! I didn't!!
Actually, I didn't even gain any weight!! I'm amazed. What shocked me even more was the fact that I actually lost 2 KG !!! Yes, a few weeks before i ORD-ed, I was 2 kilos heavier.
Thinking that the weighing device might be faulty, i used another one. And it too gave similar results.
Analyzing the data, facts and several other variables, one of the following conclusions could be true. Perhaps you, my audience, would like to conclude for me?
And yes, the remaining pics for the Krabi trip are released!!
Rock Climbing was brand new experience for me. Just like any other activities, if we observe from a neutral standpoint, we think it's easy to perform. But when we go down on the ground and execute the said sport, its another story all together.
We departed after breakfast on the 3rd day in Krabi, and first headed to the shop of AoNang Climber, where the owner would help us gather and test all the equipments we need. The Harness, ropes, shoes everything. He even bought some water, Bananas and Rumbutans so we can replenish our glucose and ATP levels during our experience.
Trying on the Climbing shoes. Just like nromal shoes, but tighter and a pointy-er tip.
After trying on all the gears at the shop, we all headed to a nearby jetty, where we needed to take a boat ride to another shore, where the limestones are. During the journey, the scenic mountainous view was simply magnificent.
Railay Bay, Home of the limestones and rocks. This pic was taken by my Cellphone! woo!
A quick crash course on the very basics of climbing.
Reached the top finally!! Wooo!!
I perspire alot. Really alot. Which also explains my sweaty palms. And having that doesn't go well with rock climbing at all. Because your hands will soon lose grip and suddenly need alot of physical strength to hold on to the rocks. Yea, and my hands did lose grip of the rocks a few times.
Sweat and blood. Literally. Haha.
Really thank God for the Sun during the time and mmoment while this activity was conducted. Most of the other days it was either drizzling or rainiy with minila sun due to the low peak season we were in.
When we were heading back, upon disembarking from the little boat, it began to pour heaviliy as if the floodgates of heaven finally opened! Jumping of from the boat, the strap of my camera bag snapped and my Camera, wallet in that bag took a dive down onto the water! Thankfully the bag was somewhat waterproof! Or else...

- Both the weighing devices are actually faulty, and I did gain 10 more Kilos as predicted by Prof LeeChia.
- Mass eating really helps one to lose pounds, contrary to what doctors say.
- I lied about going to Krabi and about all the Food I ate. The Photos you see in this blog are all fake and photoshopped.
